Mexicans in Kentucky

Peter Laufer, author of Wetback Nation: The Case for Opening the Mexican-American Border, writes about the growth and impact of illegal alien workers in the heartland. “Mexicans are now simply everywhere in the United States,” he writes, a fact of which he evidently approves. He just wants us to legalize them all.

I note that Laufer’s pro-open borders book was published by Ivan R. Dee in 2004. No wonder that same publisher turned down my book. The page on Laufer’s book at Amazon has one positive and one negative review, the latter nicely summing up the case against the free immigration of Mexicans.
