The phony non-amnesty; Krauthammer supports border fence

Yesterday at The Corner, John O’Sullivan discusses the “compromise” amnesty that’s currently up for consideration in the Senate. Meanwhile, via Steve Sailer, I learn that arch neocon Charles Krauthammer is supporting the construction of a fence along the U.S.-Mexico border, and that he says we must demonstrate the ability to enforce the law before we do an amnesty. As I said recently of another neocon, David Frum, if they would start to follow our lead on legal as well as illegal immigration, we might be really getting somewhere.
