Mohammed Reza Taheri-Azar, the student at the University of North Carolina who attempted to mass murder a crowd of his fellow students by driving a sports utility vehicle into their midst, left a letter for police at his apartment the day of the deed providing the authorititative Islamic basis for killing innocent people.
