The secularist manifesto and the Darwin award

Here is a blogger, John J. Reilly, who has picked up on my criticisms of the secularist manifesto against Islamism—and against religion. His discussion of the manifesto, which also links to my alternative draft manifesto, is the last item on the page.

Reilly wittily captures the significance of a supposed manifesto against the West’s “Islamist” enemies that in fact attacks all religion and thus Christianity:

The Jihad is an assault on the whole of the West. The attempt by secularists to use the Jihad to launch a civil war within the West against their opponents on the Right is worthy of a Darwin Award.
