Correction

The posting of my version of Hugh Fitzerarald’s article earlier today was an error. In particular, my introduction was a first draft, meant for my own eyes only. On returning home at 7 p.m. I realized to my embarrassment that I had posted online at 3 p.m. a version not at all intended for the public. The corrected version is posted now.
