Dreher on traditionalist conservatism

Rod Dreher of the Dallas Morning News has an article in the Times of London expounding a traditionalist conservatism that goes beyond economic libertarianism and looks to the health and stability of the social order, particularly the family. The article is a thoughtful reproof to the whole drift of today’s “conservatism,” with its systematic reduction of all values to individual rights and freedoms, its aggressive drive for globalist democracy and capitalism, and its indifference to the long-term well-being and survival of our own culture.
