People shooting at rescue helicopters; aid efforts stopping

What do you say about something like this?

“Hospitals are trying to evacuate,” said Coast Guard Lt. Cmdr. Cheri Ben-Iesan, spokesman at the city emergency operations center. “At every one of them, there are reports that as the helicopters come in people are shooting at them. There are people just taking potshots at police and at helicopters, telling them, “You better come get my family.”

With shots having been fired at military helicopters flying search and rescue mission, evacuation from the Superdome has not only been suspended, but those hundreds upon hundreds of private individuals who brought their personal watercraft into the New Orleans area to aid rescue efforts have now totally stopped.

The alphas and betas largely escaped New Orleans. Even some of the deltas. The epsilons now rule. They should be shot on sight. They have become anarchists.
