Roberts opposed, as “demeaning,” stupid celebrity awards by Reagan

I’ve found something to like about the legal technician John Roberts: he hasn’t always been just a legal technician. As a White House aide 20 years ago, he urged President Reagan not to give an award to Michael Jackson, and for sound reasons.
