Liberal Stalinoids block Michigan Civil Rights Inititiative

Jennifer Gratz, the plaintiff in Gratz v. Bollinger, writes about the outrageous, unlawful refusal of Michigan’s Board of Canvassers to certify the petition (which had well over the legally required number of signatures) to put the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative on the state ballot. An appeal is forthcoming. She also mentions an incident that captures today’s liberals so perfectly, and shows what type of people these obstructionist Michigan officials really are:

Right before the meeting of the Board of Canvassers began, one board member approached me and exclaimed that she found the MCRI shirts, which read “End Race Preferences,” to be “anti-American.”
