The vulnerability of Islam

The statements by Ibrahim Hooper of CAIR quoted in this brief article in the New York Sun are exemplary of the way Muslim spokesmen addressing Western audiences baldfacedly deny the most basic facts about Islam. People who must tell such gross lies in order to get other people to accept them are standing on very shaky ground indeed. Which suggests how easy it will be for us Westerners to deprive Islam of its power and remove it from the West—if and when we regain our identity, our morality, and our nerve.
