Kerry praised U.S. tactics at Tora Bora in December 2001

From early in the campaign, before the Democratic primaries began, I had thought that the two constants in the midst of Kerry’s constant flip flopping were his theological belief in alliances and his criticism of Bush for failing to use enough of our own troops at Tora Bora and so letting bin Laden get away. But now it turns out, as discovered at the JustOneMinute blog and passed on by Mickey Kaus, that Kerry was for our tactics at Tora Bora before he was against them.
