Are U.S. schools at risk from Chechen terrorists?

First, the Education Department warned school officials to examine security in the aftermath of the Chechen terrorists’ mass slaughter of children and adults in a Russian school, and now there is a report (unconfirmed) that Chechen terrorists have crossed the Mexican border into the U.S. A correspondent writes:

Amazing. Do you believe that with everything else teachers and principals have to think about nowadays (condom education, multiculturalism, feel-goodism, maybe a little of the three R’s), now they have to think about protecting their schools from terror too?
