Mistakes by Kerry’s accusers

While I haven’t read their book, the Swift Boat veterans have done some things that are off-putting and raise suspicions. I think their tv ad is terrible. Lots of people have spoken of it as though it were so powerful. But there are no facts in it, just a lot of smearing and name-calling. I’m interested in what happened, not in hearing a lot of men say, “Kerry is a liar, Kerry is not a good man, Kerry can’t be trusted, I was there, I know.” To me, that kind of personal smearing, presented without a single fact to back it up (though apparently there are facts in the book) is wrong and creates a very negative impression.
