Washington Post scores against Dean

Based on an editorial in the December 28 Washington Post, I repeat my earlier prediction that if Howard Dean is the Democratic nominee for president, the Post will decline to endorse him, for the same reason that they declined to endorse Michael Dukakis in 1988: his total lack of seriousness on foreign policy.
