Nader tells Dems to grow up—Not

I wouldn’t normally comment on something like this, but this is too funny and revealing to pass up. Ralph Nader, according to an AP story, has told Democrats they should stop “whining” about the results of the 2000 presidential election. However, Nader’s message is not the mature, sensible, public-spirited advice that the AP headline makes it appear. What Nader wants the Dems to do is to stop whining about Nader’s role as a spoiler in the 2000 election, and to start whining about the way the Republicans “stole” Florida.

Isn’t “growth” wonderful?
