Leo speaks in the most adorable way possible. Firstly, he speaks super clearly, so you can understand every word is he is saying. And he does things like, "(I) want a fresh bagel" and "Dito (what he calls himself) wants cold milk" and most adorable of all, "No thank you" - he never uses "No" alone, it's always paired with "thank you".

Leo "Lito" Krim!!!!! Yes, the 2 year old boy. One of the best parts of my day is after I drop both girls off at school and have 3 precious hours with little Lito all to myself. Ok, I'm near getting cheesy I adore this boy so much!!! He's obsessed with collecting acorns he finds 'on the floor', he loves riding 'the school bus' and he happily plays by himself for long periods of time. Here he has set up his kitchen in the living room and is "making bacon" (not sure where he learned the word 'bacon').

Here's Leo and his Pinkalicious-inspired cupcakes (one of his favorite books). It's 10:04pm and all 3 kids are still wide awake and wild in bed....think I put too much sugar in those things? Lito finally says he's 2...for the longest time, he liked to say he was 4. Such an adorable boy he is!!!
Update -- 10:27pm -- all 3, still wild.
Update II -- 10:49pm -- all 3, still awake. Nessie crying hysterically.

While we were walking home from school this morning, Leo was window shopping and saw some toy cars/trucks/fire engines/etc in the window -- he said, "Mama, pay it, pay it". I told him that maybe he could get that stuff as a present for his birthday. We continue walking, and he spots a toy helicopter in the window. This time he says, "Mama, present, present". I said, "ok Lito, good idea". Later, I asked him what he wanted for his birthday, and he said, "Fire Engine, Helicopter".
Lito, I must say, is a very clever little boy. He is super talkative and just has a million thoughts running through his brain and can express himself amazingly well for an almost-2 year old. I'm thinking he could be a Mini-Kevin.

Here's Nessie on her first day of school -- she'll be attending Escuelita 5 mornings a week, from 9-12. All this activity and she doesn't nap...you can only imagine how hyper and exhausted she is by 6pm. Fun times with the Nessie!!
